Can I buy samples of your products?
You can see the minimum ordering amount in every product info link. In case the minimum amount is one item, you can purchase a sample, but the minimum order is $5000. If minimum ordering amount is more than one item, you can contact our managers and discuss the possibility to order samples of products you are interested in.Do you accept payments by credit cards or Pay Pal?

How much does a delivery cost?
Delivery costs depends upon the shipping and destination point. Our main partner is DHL, worldwide shipping experts. We can also send your products by sea in personal or mixed containers.

Do you provide clearance services?
In case you ask us to deliver your goods, we will prepare clearance papers for Hong Kong. Clearance papers for your country will be prepared by our partners - DHL, based upon the bill.
How fast can you send my order?
To make it easier for you, we implemented special icons, that can help you estimate delivery terms correctly.Every product photo has a small truck picture near it (green,yellow or red). Green means that we can send the product within a week after receiving the payment. Yellow means that we can send goods within 2 weeks. Red means we can send you the goods in 15 days, or longer.
